How do I book for my event?
You can arrange a tailored quotation based on your needs. Please contact us using the details on our contact page.
How can I make a payment?
We accept payments by Debit/Credit Card, Cheque and BACS transfer. Please bear in mind that we will need to have cleared funds in our account at least seven days prior to loading the units into your event.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel up to four weeks before the event start date with no cancellation charge. If the cancellation occurs up to two weeks before the event start date, you will incur a 50% charge of the total amount of your hire. If the cancellation occurs up to seven days before the event start date, there will be a 100% charge of the total amount of your hire.
Who do I contact if there is a problem?
You will be supplied with a dedicated Event Manager during the planning stages of your event, who will be available by telephone or email.
Can I arrange a site visit?
Absolutely! Here at Hullabaloos we believe that every job, no matter how big or small needs at least one site visit.
Do you require level ground for the units?
Yes. There will need to be a flat, level floor for our units.
Access to the location is restricted. What vehicles are used for delivery and collection?
Often, a 12.5 tonne vehicle with a tail lift will be the vehicle used for loading/unloading. This is dependant on the size of the job, so if you have any questions please give us a call.
Is any lifting machinery required?
We will bring our own pallet truck for the installation. For larger installations, a forklift may be required.
Will I need an insurance policy for the equipment?
Yes, you will need to have an insurance policy. Any kit supplied by us will need to be covered by your own event insurance.
Where do you deliver?
We can deliver anywhere in the UK. We can also deliver internationally.
What does the hire rate include?
Our hire rates will include delivery, collection, the installation of the units and all consumables.
I require servicing on the units for my event. Will you be able to advise me on what I will need?
Of course! We can supply uniformed Hullabaloo staff at your event who will be on standby to service the units as and when required. This is at an additional cost, separate to the hire rate.
